⭐ Is Leonardo DiCaprio Skipping Brad Pitt's Hollywood Sequel?

The highly anticipated sequel to Quentin Tarantino's "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" has generated significant buzz, but a major question looms: Will Leonardo DiCaprio return alongside Brad Pitt?

"Rick and Cliff's stories are inevitably linked," argues industry insiders familiar with the project. The premise directly challenges the viability of a Cliff Booth-centered story without his longtime friend and employer, suggesting the sequel could struggle without DiCaprio's participation.

The sequel's unusual development highlights several factors that might keep DiCaprio away: "DiCaprio hasn't done a streaming-only movie so far, with 'Don't Look Up' and 'Killers of the Flower Moon' starting in theaters and moving to streaming shortly after."

The evidence becomes more compelling when examining DiCaprio's typical role selection. "With all the emphasis on the sequel being centered on Cliff, if Rick is included he would most likely have a small role, which isn't something DiCaprio normally does."

What makes this case particularly significant is that David Fincher, not Tarantino, will direct the Netflix production. "The script seems to be that of Tarantino's scrapped 10th movie. Titled 'The Movie Critic,' it was going to follow an unnamed movie critic in the 1970s."

As the Once Upon a Time sequel moves forward with Pitt's confirmed involvement, what began as exciting news has evolved into one of Hollywood's most fascinating casting dilemmas about chemistry, character relationships, and the fine line between spinoff and true sequel.
